The room was fantastic & huge, came with a window view, large windows and flowers. the hotel was close enough to Makati, the airport, the skyway, all major places in Manila and the financial district.

I truly enjoyed well cleaned room in this hotel.

the location was marvellous and unbeatable and i could use public parking nearby. it was at a short distance from sinangag express, serving fast food.

No complaints, it was dope! Clean, excellent value hotel, the location was comfortable close enough to the financial district as well as the surrounding area. The room was compact & neat with good beds. There were climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV too.

There are no "suites" at Lorenzo suites...only tiny rooms with no cabinets/closet, iron/ironing board, hot water/coffee maker, fridge, and 1 role of toilet paper and two towels per room, which was not even cleaned our first day there, had to ask them to clean it...

Room with nice inventory.Quiet at 3rd floor and away from the street. Nice staff.

Location, street with lots of traffic. Position of aircondition, blowing cold air in your face when sleeping. WiFi worked, but no internet-connection?! According to hotel-info they should offer service for airport transportation. In the evening we were told that this was not correct. Adviced to take taxi, (est PHP 150). However, in the morning they offered the transportation to airport for PHP 300. Turned out to be a private car (20 year old Jeep), no possibilities for seat-adjustments. Hotel does not offer any services, (except for breakfast served in the room).

Free Wi-Fi and parking are great, conveniently located, Filipino food at the on-site restaurant. Safes and desks in the room for all my valuable.uh, I mean, makeup and shopping bags. And hey, I can even request room service or a massage!

The rooms at Lorenzzo Suites Makati are modern and air-conditioned, which was perfect for our family. We loved having a flat-screen TV in our room with a good selection of cable channels. The private bathroom had a nice shower with rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries. The 24-hour front desk was really convenient and helpful during our stay.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in the double room.

In my room, I had control over the temperature, a safe for my belongings, and a TV with lots of channels. the location is super convenient - it's right next to the airport, a huge shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants as well as fast food joints. I enjoyed some tea and treats at Kumpares, which is just a mile away from here. 🍵

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were impressed with the close proximity to the Greenbelt shopping malls and the convenience of being just outside the financial district. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the fact that the hotel provided transportation options, including taxis. The location was also very convenient, as it was near the airport and the INC church.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking, perfect for wifi addicts like me! Also, the hotel is conveniently located near SM Mall of Asia and Greenbelt/Glorietta Makati Mall.

Oh, and who needs an elevator when you can workout by carrying your heavy luggage for four floors? Such a great exercise!

The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and cheerful. Wifi speed was excellent in the room. Bell hop and attendants were friendly and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs.
